Trump Needs To Be Charged With His Crimes and His Assets Seized
One mans opinion. Not all crimes at one time, start with any crime he committed that will disqualify him for holding public office. Simply scroll his twitter feed for Crimes Committed in Broad Daylight and broadcast to the world.
Phase 1 — Federal Criminal Charges and Asset Seizure Immediately
Trump the Russian Asset is a danger to America and his mouth frothing followers need to be deprogrammed and/or charged with crimes, if they have committed them. How? Put Trump in jail pending trial without bail, under one of the federal statues here (off site link). Immediately begin asset seizures of all Trump Organizations Assets. I must remind our readers that every day, hundreds of innocent Americans are unjustly subject to dubious asset seizure laws. All that is required for your property to be seized is a policeman, prosecutor or other arm of law enforcement to “suspect” the property was used in a crime. Then you must disprove this in court, a lengthy process that rarely prevails. Simple and Speedy. Yes, this could be done in a week, with the proper motivation and legal staff of the DOJ.
Sure his Murder Cult may start an uprising. If they do, call in the military to disarm them, arrest them, hold without bail, indict, send them to prison for no less than 20 years after a fair and SPEEDY trial. They are few, stamp them out, seize their assets. This is simple if properly motivated, call your congressmen and senators, call the white house and the DOJ. Demand action to protect our Democracy! Tell them to stop pussyfooting around the most Dangerous Man In America EVER! He is actively making criminal moves to overthrow our Democracy TODAY! If we don’t show Americans and the World what happens to any public official that does not comply with rule of law or is a foreign asset, our American Democracy is doomed and democracy around the world will die.

Seize the Fox Network under asset seizure laws, let them fight it out in court. Seize all Murdoch assets in the USA. File Charges against Rupert and his Sons!
