That’s one way to do it. I would say this is also an option:

1. Get a no knock warrant (these guys did a fair share of crimes in the open public. There is plenty of documented criminal behavior for a warrant (suspicion). Certainly enough for a warrant on any poor person (Oppose bail, all are flight risks).

2. Institute 24/7/365 surveillance on the subject and all of their associates.

3. RICO them all, immediacy seize all assets. Every nickel except that marvelous house they have. With all the other assets under seizure they will be homeless and need to find out who their friends really are.

4. Prosecute the subject and all of their associate. These cases should be filed strategically and make several counts a separate indictment. Easy one is wire fruad and mail fruad (these are the low hanging fruit). Then the crimes are prosecuted State and Federal.

6. Makes sure the crimes disqualify the subject from holding elected or appointed office, state and federal office in the government. Dog Cather to President. No office for them.

7. Easily win convictions with overwhelming evidence and smart dogged indictments.

8. Send them off to prison. They should be convicted for many separate cases. Do not allow the them to serve their sentences concurrently.

9. Sell off all of their assets, make all of them multiple fellow state and federal. There will be no where to turn for the traitor to America 🇺🇸.

That’s about it. Make no mistake, if this was the run of the mill crime. Trump is a crime boss, he is not the typical criminal. Make him and every complicit person pay for their crimes.
