Healthcare should not operate on the profit motive and I know many hospitals and professionals tend to speak altruism, but in my experience that is not the normal standard behind closed doors. I operated a home health and hospital staffing company many many years ago. Greed and profits weee a major issue in acute car, convalescent and psych hospitals. I have no experience with pediatrics hospitals only pediatric units. I am very interested in your reply. Thanks in advance!!
