One child bullied is too many. LGBT or straight. Different in any way. Again, their parents are to blame in general. In the interest of rationality, some kids are just EVIL themselves. No amount of parenting can fix them. They need rigid, mandatory, unwavering education, training on right and wrong and have harsh (child harsh, no water boarding) punishment at the first sign of this behavior. Some will change, others will not. Evil exists in all races, colors, creeds, ages and claimed religion. Evil will be in the world as will righteousness. The wheat from the chaf, need to be separated and sorted.
