Let’s be real, we the voters delivered a 50/50 senate that included the two misanthropes who only care for power and riches. Biden and the other democrats have done all they can given the makeup of the legislature. In fact, it’s been the most consequential legislative agenda that did squeak by. The record of the laws and it’s positive impact will reach over a 100,000,000 Americans. Not to mention, we don’t have a daily stream of crazy from the presidency. Instead of whining and complaining about what was not done a sober assessment should be our duty as Americans. We are a “get it now” society and it will be the end of us. Instead how about a 50 year plan to attack all of the issues we are complaining about. The far right among many groups met in the 80’s headed by the creation Jerry Fallwell and his like, they did create a 50 year plan to take America and make it a Theocracy and all its ramifications. Look where we are now, this was planned not bad luck. Right now the far right is in full grift mode of gleeful corruption, has taken over the Supreme Court, remaking America as a handmaids tale theocracy (American Taliban Style), indoctrinating children, remaking local and state legislatures of nuts election deniers to overturn elections to their choosing, forcing victims of rape and incest into slave birth breeders, inciting a civil war to take power by force, selling off out Top Secret Code Word Clearance Secrets and cozying up to dictators worldwide (17 Republican Congressmen spent July 4th in RUSSIA), etc etc etc. What the fuck are we doing! They are planing long terms to eliminate the rest of us as a political force and making us slaves to their Corporatist enablers. We better stop eating our own young and start cooperating with each other in a mutual pact to get rid of these maniacs and seal them back under the rocks they crawled out from. A 50 year agenda and a mutual interest coordination is how we reverse this far right juggernaut. One election does not mean utopia is here. We better get real and quickly. America and its ideals are slipping away while we focus on what hasn’t happened in 2 YEARS. Let’s not be stupid.
